Why Blueground?

I have had the privilege of working with many great clients and quality consulting firms and this has given me the opportunity to identify many positive aspects of consulting practices. Taking the best of these practices and combining them to provide really focused consulting services can increase value to clients and can create a business of the highest quality that is fun and satisfying to be part of.

In Blueground, I see an opportunity to harness the expertise of talented people who want to focus on client work.  Our agile working model means we can provide a full service offering, delivered by the highest calibre individuals - and do this with much less complexity and cost than large scale practices.

Ian Busby

Ian Busby

Why Blueground?

I like to Cut to the Chase.  Blueground has a set of values that I can sign up to: Agility, Clarity and Belief.  For me consulting is  about finding the right solution to the right problem, communicating it clearly and believing in people’s ability to make change happen. And doing it quickly and without fuss. Blueground Partners can do this, so it’s a stimulating and challenging place to be.

It’s also a place where the Partners can work in a supportive, professional environment that puts work:life balance as a priority, second only to our clients.
